Tried to use my health savings account today at Rite Aid only to find out that they use a company called TeleCheck which has little or no information on my account so because of this they denied my check. I called my bank while at the checkout and there was plenty of money to cover the small check.
Tried calling TeleCheck only to find out that since they denied my check today for no good reason they would automatically deny any more checks to this vendor for the next 7 to 10 days. This company TeleCheck is a complete joke. Oh and by the way it sounds like its one of those companies that has customer service calls taken overseas.
We need better service from telecheck. Pissed Consumer
