I tried to make a purchase on Amazon using my personal checking account and I kept getting a message that Telecheck refused the transaction. When I called to inquire (and I am pleasant to reps when there is a problem since I need their help), the rep was impatient and rude.
This person had a very thick accent and was very difficult to understand. I had to ask her to repeat herself only one time, and she got very hissy with me. Seriously??
How does a rude person who can't speak English even get a job like this??? Vendors need to find another company to verify bank account purchases.
