I tried to make a payment at Best Buy.My check for the payment was declined by a Code three from Telecheck.

I called Telecheck and after 20 minutes of trying to spell my name, the woman finally said it had to do with the fact that I had not written a check since November. I told her that I had a check clear on March 22. Today is April 2. She sad she did not have that information...

I told her that was not my fault. She said I could write to Telecheck, but there were no numbers to call. This is the most inaccurate, terribly unorganized, and inconsistent business I have encountered.

The representatives are not from the US and cannot understand English very well.I am not sure what that say about Best Buy either...using a company like Telecheck.

I didn't like: Lack of customer service, Lack of accuracy, Lack of expedient recourse for declined check, Worthless customer service, Total lack of customer service.
