TeleCheck would not accept my check. It was a new account with few checks written & I was considered a high risk.
I called & spoke with a girl who spoke with broken English, She suggested I write several checks for small amounts to establish a check record. When I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager I was told it would be 24 hrs. She checked my drivers license & found nothing negative. All I wanted to know was how to establish a no risk file, instead she just read over & over about the guide lines like a robot.
I had over $2000.00 in the account. Yes, I am pissed!
