Telecheck

Telecheck supposedly declined a check on January 13th, 2025 for $40.26, made out to Walmart. I contacted Telecheck, they gave me that information, but I have no record on my bank statement that it was returned.

'Rain' at Telecheck said she can't help if it was a debit card. I don't have any checks to write from ICCU.

I only use a debit card. HELP.

Why was my debit card declined by Telecheck? I never write checks. This transaction doesn't show up on my bank statement.

I know I have a returned check I've been trying to pay it for months but can't get through the answering auto thingy, I've tried so many times but the I can't answer what they are asking for and there is no other options I just want to pay it but need all this unnecessary information

In preparation for my disabled daughter's move into a group home, we took her to Walmart to buy personal care items. Telecheck denied a check written from her social security disability account despite adequate funds in the account, and no history of fraudulent or returned checks or other negative information.

It seems that because the account is relatively new, with few checks written on it, they automatically reject those checks. We have few ways to pay for my daughter's needs because of social security disability rules, and telecheck is making her life even harder than it needs to be.

Speak to a human person to help resolve the problem. There are too many useless items to try to resolve just one problem!

First off, they should be fined by the government for not having a functioning phone number. They have no lines of communication and this needs to be addressed.

They are holding consumers' debts hostage. This is stopping me from obtaining a credit union bank account. This is unacceptable. I have made several attempts to take care of this debt.

This company needs to be investigated for unfair consumer practices. How long will they be allowed to hold people's debts hostage?

yes wrote out a check on 9/22/24 was declined for 20 years i wrote out personal checks to buy groceries for my parents that can't hardly walk and have other health issues.what is going on had to call the number to get this fixed and no one would answer phone done it by voicemail what a joke want answers i am allowed to pay by check it is my family and parents you want us to buy your products at the store we should be entitled to write out checks thank you

Im still trying to get it taken care of and its causing me grief onow I carry cash with me. Onto good to carry cash around.

Once the check has cleared the bank and the returned fee of $25.00 has been processed, it should not take your electronic system 15-20 days to clear the check writer out of your system. Check writing privileges should be restored immediately.

My check was refused and when I called for more information I was told the last four digits of my bank account number don't match their information. It's literally my only account with this financial institution and they're telling me I'm wrong and to call my bank to get the correct number. I'm looking at the checks AND logged into my online banking and can see I am correct and all this girl can say to me is "sorry." Where do these people get their information?
