Telecheck

Never could get a real person. My bank says check good; TeleCheck must be some AI that had liquid spilled on it. Would give negative stars if I could have.

The person helping me took the time to deal with the problem. She would repeat a question when I didnt understand what was being asked. I really appreciated that because some of it was very confusing to me.

I haven't gotten any response from telecheck and none of the numbers I have called have answered. I have a problem that I don't know how to fix.

Customer service could not explain anything. Could not get a supervisor.

Could not resolve anything. Almost cost my cat his life since emergency vets require payment up front and Telecheck couldn't approve my check, even though twice the balance needed was there because they didn't have enough history of the account. Well duh, who writes checks anymore?

Never again. If I know an establishment uses Telecheck, I will not be writing a check.

I went online as the 800 366 **** suggested. Several times.

Your system did not let me get any further than the first page of questions.

It only gave me an option of states where i was located .The list was two, california or florida. I live in wisconsin.

Your system is NOT user friendly !

I went to use the phone number listed , went through the questions , and inevitably got a real human, who told me I had too many tries on their system , and to try again another day . What a waste of time !

Why can't I get my NEW checking acct #'s accepted which I had to do because of identity theft problems A couple of old previous checks didn't clear because of the change, but they have been repaid of the change in account #'s, but they have all been repaid! After 3-4 contacts with TeleCheck,OVER The last couple of weeks who told the last 2 times that all was fixed, TODAY another DENIED, HOW CAN I GET YOUR REPS TO PUT ME BACK ON ON THE ACCEPTANCE LIST?

Just awful absolutely the most awful company I hate all credit reporting agencies they are all crooks

Telecheck supposedly declined a check on January 13th, 2025 for $40.26, made out to Walmart. I contacted Telecheck, they gave me that information, but I have no record on my bank statement that it was returned.

'Rain' at Telecheck said she can't help if it was a debit card. I don't have any checks to write from ICCU.

I only use a debit card. HELP.

Why was my debit card declined by Telecheck? I never write checks. This transaction doesn't show up on my bank statement.

I know I have a returned check I've been trying to pay it for months but can't get through the answering auto thingy, I've tried so many times but the I can't answer what they are asking for and there is no other options I just want to pay it but need all this unnecessary information

In preparation for my disabled daughter's move into a group home, we took her to Walmart to buy personal care items. Telecheck denied a check written from her social security disability account despite adequate funds in the account, and no history of fraudulent or returned checks or other negative information.

It seems that because the account is relatively new, with few checks written on it, they automatically reject those checks. We have few ways to pay for my daughter's needs because of social security disability rules, and telecheck is making her life even harder than it needs to be.

Great customer service! The man answered all my questions and helped me to understand what the process because unfortunately I had a check returned.

Speak to a human person to help resolve the problem. There are too many useless items to try to resolve just one problem!
