I was buying an I-pad for my mother who lives in a nursing home. She is unable to visit her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

I was purchasing an I pad for my mother so she could skype with them. Her account is active every month but not enough according to telecheck. They denied the check to go through, even though there was more than enough money and verified all information on the checking account. They said the account was not active enough.

I spoke with 2 different CSR and neither would or could override the denial. They were DENING me access to MY OWN MONEY..

Monetary Loss: $737.
