I went to my local grocery store and brought 200,00 worth of groceries. I am a frequent shopper and usually charge that much each time.

The problem is that I closed my debit card ( suspected fraud) so I used a check . Laughing with the checker that I haven't used a check in years so she will have to walk me through the process. My check was declined - for that reason.

I was pissed when at the store but when I called Telecheck the tech explained I have no history in using a check so it was declined, but I gave him my personal data and now in 7 days when Telecheck refreshes their system I'll be in the system,

This is a safeguard for me as well as the store. I ain't mad at ya Telecheck I thankyou good looking out - even though it was done inadvertently.

Reason of review: Good customer service.

I didn't like: Declined a good check.
