I wrote a check, it was declined.I called my bank they said it was out of their hands that TeleCheck gets the final word.I had to go back and ask for the transaction receipt to call TeleCheck.
I called and they wanted personal information. I asked to talk to someone in management. I was asked to hold and returned to their ridiculous automated service. My bank was as upset as me.
They get upset customers calling with declined checks and it’s out of their hands.Is there a class action or somewhere to lodge a formal complaint?
