This is the third time in the past 5 years that this company has taken it upon themselves to decline my checks.We've never written a bad check, our credit report shows that are bills are all paid and up to date.
How do they determine that we are a risk?? They do not have access to our account, our bank will not give them access, none of these checks have gone through to our bank. When we called them they say they need to have our bank call them and verify that the funds are there.
Our bank will not disclose any information, and they know that when they told us to have the bank call them.Awful people.

I didn't like: Reject our checks and cannot give us a reason why, Them having the power to refuse my checks at most stores, Inability to tell me why it was declined, Unknowledgable staff unwillingness to resolve issue, Justification for denying my check.
