Our union has no debit card,so we have to write check for any purchases.While at Best Buy trying to buy a new computer for our union the check was declined.
Called the 800 number was told there was nothing they could do. Try again in seven days. We had both people who sign the checks,they asked for our drivers lic. and were still told ,NOTHING WE CAN DO.
How can a company dictate as to whether we can use a check.And this is the second time its happened.to us .You have no idea how embarrassing this was when we have over 100K in account and a 300.00 check was refused.
